Learn by Watching - New Live Wireframing Videos
Hi friends of Balsamiq. I’m back again with another update from our education team. This time to announce that we recently uploaded four new recordings from our Wireframing with Nonprofits Program to our website.
A few months ago we put out a call to do-gooders looking for help wireframing their site or product. As part of our Help to Nonprofits program, we offer free wireframing sessions from our in-house design experts and trusted community members.
We received some really great projects and had a lot of fun working on them. Here’s what we just posted on our site.
Learning by Giving Foundation is an innovative program designed to educate the next generation of philanthropists. I worked with them to design the members area, which features teaching tools and other instructional content. Watch the videos here.
Taji 100 is a nonprofit that promotes health and fitness while raising money for military charities. Mike helped them design new profile page features and a mobile view. Watch the videos here.
Project Grand Canyon takes a novel approach to addressing climate change by making it easy for Americans to talk about it with their Congressperson. Frederik, an outstanding community member, did a great job helping them redesign their sign-up flow and did a deep dive into the administrator view. Watch the videos here.
Teen Success has a mission to help teen mothers graduate high school and break out of poverty. I helped them redesign their home and program pages to make them more story-focused and effective. Watch the videos here.
It was such an inspiration to learn about these amazing projects run by incredible people!
We’ve also got a few more that we’ve already recorded and are still editing, so stay tuned to our education site for new ones in the coming weeks. And if you’re interested in a free wireframing session and qualify as a nonprofit, follow these instructions to sign up, we’d love to help!
Thanks so much to the nonprofits that participated, you really do make the world a better place. We look forward to working with more amazing do-gooders.
