Balsamiq Sponsorships & Raffle Update for August 2019
Hello again friends!
Learning is truly a lifelong process and at Balsamiq we highly value continual education. Not only do we make it a focus for our community but we also make sure that everyone at the company has dedicated time for self-improvement.
Each week we are encouraged to use around five hours for uninterrupted learning and we have an annual budget specifically for the costs of books, class fees, and conference expenses. This professional development time can be allocated toward work-related education but we can also use that time to volunteer since we believe that giving back is great for personal growth!
Looking at the tech events created by our community it is clear that education matters to so many and as sponsors we’re happy we get to participate in this learning.
