I'm a customer experience expert, with many years spent as a Customer Success Specialist at Balsamiq.

My passion is delivering exceptional customer service. I've worked for tiny startups and large companies - and everything in between - across many technology sectors including mobile wireless, internet commerce, mobile Java, online video delivery and wireframing.

For me, the common factors are learning issues and solutions quickly, solving problems and delighting customers.

My educational focus was Information Science and Business IT Systems.
