Hello everyone!

I know it's been a while since our last blog post, my apologies. We've been crazy busy with lots and lots of new customers and working on our web app. It's all fun, but the blogs have been suffering a bit.

In order to help us come up for air a little more, we have added a new member to the Balsamiq family!

Her name is Joy McCrea, and her title, at least for now, is Virtual Office Manager.

Joy has been working with us part-time for a few months, helping us run our American LLC smoothly.

With employees in Massachussets, New York and California, there's a lot of paperwork that needs to be filed and kept track of. Benefits, payroll, expenses, taxes, accounting...plus depositing the checks we get from our US customers...there's lots and lots to do.

Val used to take care of this stuff, but with the 100 new customers a day we're getting right now, her hands are full, we needed a dedicated person. Joy is doing the job wonderfully. I am thrilled that she has agreed to join full-time.

Please help us welcome Joy with a comment here or by emailing her at joy@balsamiq.com.

Welcome to the family, Joy!
