Jira data residency
At rest, Balsamiq for Jira saves Balsamiq project files as attachments to Jira issues. In order to provide auto-saving and real-time collaboration features, the Balsamiq application stores a copy of the wireframes created by the user. This copy is stored outside the Atlassian product in an encrypted database hosted on AWS RDS. The temporary copy of the wireframes is unloaded after 30 days of no use.
In our understanding of Atlassian data residency requirements, the Balsamiq application does not store any user data at rest outside of Atlassian products and services. So it is offering all the regions provided by Atlassian products.
