Reviewing and commenting

The "Review and Comment" mode is a great option for anyone who does not need to edit the wireframes. Some users will only have access to this mode but editors can switch to this mode from the Edit menu, as shown below.

The Comments panel allows you to collaborate on your designs by sharing feedback asynchronously or, if you prefer, making notes for yourself as you work. A new comment will generate a notification in the toolbar.

Comments and replies

You can add new comments and reply to existing comments. Replies can be toggled to show or be hidden.

A magenta dot indicates that a comment is unread. Comments can be marked as read and unread by clicking the dot.

Comments can be marked as unread or deleted via the 3-dot menu.

Wireframes with unread comments appear in the Navigator with a comment icon.

In review mode, the cursor changes to a comment bubble to indicate that a comment callout can be added by clicking at that spot on the canvas.

Callouts

You can add a callout marker to a comment to indicate the specific place in the wireframe where the comment applies.

Click on a callout marker to highlight the related comment in the comments panel. Click on a comment with a callout in the comments panel and the callout marker on the canvas will flash briefly.

You can show all callout markers all the time via the Show Comments Callouts option in the View Menu.

@-mentions

Comments allow you to mention anyone that has access to the project you're working on. They will trigger a Notification or not, depending on the mentioned user’s Notification preferences.

To mention someone, start typing "@" and select someone from the list.

Comment actions

Once a comment is added, each reviewer can reply to it and/or like it. You can also edit, delete and resolve your own comments.

Comments can be filtered: Show all; Show only your mentions; Show only unread; Show resolved.
