Use search and hit ENTER twice to start typing

Whenever you add a control that contains text via search, you type its name, select it from the list and hit ENTER to add it.

What you might not know is that if you hit ENTER again, the focus will automatically shift to the new control and you'll be able to start typing your text in it. Handy!
