Cloud data residency

For Balsamiq Cloud Enterprise customers, we now offer Data Residency, giving you the ability to choose whether your project data "at rest" is stored in the United States or the European Union.

"Data at rest" refers to data that is stored (rather than actively being transmitted or edited), such as your saved project files. This feature is designed to support customers with specific regional data storage or compliance requirements.

Enterprise customers can request to move their data to a different region at any time via their Space Settings. The migration process is fast and designed to minimize any disruption to your team’s workflow.
