Can I Get a Refund or Exchange after Purchasing a Product?


If you purchased less than 60 days ago, it’s very easy for us to refund or exchange your purchase, so we’ll be happy to do it, no questions asked. Just email support@balsamiq.com.

If you purchased longer than 60 days ago, please get in touch describing your situation and we will consider our options to help.

Our subscription services can be canceled directly via your account:

  • To stop your Balsamiq Cloud subscription, you can select "Cancel Subscription" via your Space Settings.
  • Similarly, to stop your Balsamiq Wireframes for Google Drive subscription, you can select "Cancel Subscription" via your Billing page.

Your subscription will not be renewed at the conclusion of the billing cycle following your cancellation request.

Please note that, even before purchasing the product, you can also take advantage of Balsamiq's flexible evaluation policy.
