Network requirements for Balsamiq Cloud

If your organization filters web traffic, allow these domains so Balsamiq Cloud works:

All connections use TLS on port 443: HTTPS, plus a secure WebSocket (wss://) to rtcws.balsamiq.com for real-time collaboration and notifications. Your proxy must allow the WebSocket upgrade. Please also allow s3.amazonaws.com, which the list above doesn't cover, so error reports reach us.

Analytics and in-app messages aren't needed for Balsamiq Cloud to work.
If Balsamiq Cloud works from another network, such as a phone hotspot, but not from yours, something on your network is blocking it. If projects don't open, check bas20.balsamiq.com. If other people's changes or notifications don't show up, check the WebSocket to rtcws.balsamiq.com. Questions? Email us.
